My Mission

I launched Supercross U to give a guide to the families attempting to make a run at the toughest sport in the world, Supercross. I’m beyond excited to share my decades of knowledge and experience with the sport.

Racing Career Highlights

  • 1st place (1990 Anaheim Supercross)
    * First 50cc exhibition race in Supercross history
  • 3 Time Amateur World Mini Champion (Las Vegas)
  • Qualified for first Supercross Main Event (16 years old)
    * Anaheim 1999
  • Made both 250cc / 450cc Main Event on the same night
    *First racer in AMA history (4 stroke)
  • 9th overall (2009 250 East Coast Supercross)
  • 9th overall (2009 X Games – Supercross)
  • 1st Overall (2015 East Region Arenacross)

Orange Brigade Team Manager

(KTM, GasGas, Husqvarna)

Daniel spent the past two years managing the KTM Orange Brigade Amateur Race team, where he was responsible for scouting, recruiting, signing, then managing the careers of some of the best amateur racers in the country and world. Daniel shared his knowledge and experience with these families over the past 2 years, and now with Supercross U, he can share these experiences with everyone, without limits.

  • 2x Supercross Futures Champion (Casey Cochran and Cole Davies)
  • Freestone 2023 Championship Sweep (Mark Fineis, Casey Cochran, Jeremy Fappani, Luke Fauser, Tiger Wood, Landin Pepperd)
    *The Orange Brigade team won every “big bike” Championship.
  • Red Bud Combine top 5 sweep (Casey Cochran, Juju Beaumer, Ryder McNabb, Preston Boespflug, Mark Fineis)

Most recently Daniel coached at NXT LVL 101 in South Carolina, where he worked with professional Supercross racers and amateur stars in the morning, then novices and beginners in the afternoon. At Supercross U, he shares his coaching methods that range from On The Bike drills to Racing Tips, and from Career Decisions to Off The Bike thinking and strategy. SXU covers it all.
